Check your phone storage and make sure you have enough available space to download all of the reports.
Check Storage on Your Device
For IOS:
- Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage. You might see a list of recommendations for optimising your device's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses.
- Tap an app's name for more information about its storage.
For Android:
- On most phones, you can check how much storage you have available in the Settings app. Settings can vary by phone. For more info, contact your device manufacturer.
- Your phone can start having issues when less than 10% of storage is free. If you're running low on storage, learn how to free up space. Free Up Space
Is Everyone Using the Latest Update?
Check everyone has the latest version of the app by going into the app/play store and checking if an update is needed.
Also check if you have the latest phone update e.g IOS 18
Check the Sync Progress Page
- Get everyone using the app in good internet for 10-15 mins with the app open
- Check the Sync Progress button in the Settings on each device that all is green
- Anyone using an android go into the Profile and under their name is Switch Organization (It will only have your company) tap the company name and see if pins appear.
Still Doesn't Work?
- Log into someone else's phone/ ipad or tablet to see if it's the phone or your login that is glitching.
